Dear Friends and Patients, 

We are excited to announce that we will be MOVING TO OUR NEW OFFICE!

Our new office is in the Columbia area and is located near Prisma Richland Memorial Hospital! The anticipated start date for seeing our wonderful patients at the new office is MAY 2, 2022.  We will not be making routine dental appointments until the move. But if you have an urgent dental issue or question, please call the office or send a text message as the phone number will still be the same.  We value you as a patient and hope you will come to the new location for all your dental care needs. We look forward to continuing to provide the best care possible for you and your family.  We realize that change can be difficult but we hope to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. Our staff will be here to help and we have included all the details regarding our new location, including address, phone number and office hours in the box highlighted below.

Our new location will be at 3506 Medical Drive Suite A, Columbia SC 29203; Office Phone 803-256-2333; Fax 803-256-1580. Office Hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; 2 Fridays per month 8am -12 noon by appointments only.
